The RST Ripley 2 CE Ladies motorcycle jacket is a classic, simple yet stunning leather jacket. There is a timeless sophisticated styling to the piece and with superior protection, it is a jacket to consider if you are on the hunt for a new one.
The jacket is made out of super soft aniline leather – this results in a supple material that feels like a second skin the moment you put it on. There is no breaking in, no stiffness, the jacket immediately hugs you and is one of the most comfortable jackets I have ever worn. The interior of the jacket has a gorgeous purple satin lining that matches the elegance and luxurious feeling of the jacket.

With hip adjustors, a belt on either side, you can ensure the jacket fits perfectly alongside the already tailored fit and zips on the wrist cuffs allow for further adjustment on your wrists. Two external zip pockets are roomy with plenty of size for a large mobile phone and wallet. There are small but impactful accents on the jacket such as a quilted detailing and the way the jacket zips up, asymmetrically, it adds another stylistic element.
The most important aspect of any jacket, the safety – it is rated CE AA, with level 1 armour in the shoulders and elbows, with a pocket in the back to add a back protector if you so wish. With RST, as I always say, you know you are getting a high quality genuine product.
Overall, this jacket has become one of my new favourites to wear and ride with. It is an incredibly comfortable jacket, it does not feel like a heavy cumbersome jacket like some can and the styling and detailing make me feel very classic and elegant on the bike. I always trust the brand RST and this jacket is a stunning stand out piece that I would recommend to anyone for summer and spring riding.
