Trusted by riders for more than 96 years, Bennetts is renowned for giving back to the motorcycling community while also striving to create an exceptional workplace for its colleagues.
That dedication was recently recognised when the Peterborough and Coventry-based motorcycle insurance broker was named as a Great Place To Work® Certified™ company.
Great Place To Work® is an independent authority on workplace culture that is backed by over 30 years of data. Its globally recognised certification is designed to highlight those companies that are committed to creating a positive, supportive and inclusive workplace, with the assessment based on employee feedback across a number of core factors, including trust in leadership, respect, teamwork, collaboration and employee wellbeing and development.

Bennetts comfortably exceeded the Trust Index threshold, with employees highlighting the company’s strong team spirit, supportive leadership and the pride they feel in being part of the business.
Vince Chaney, Managing Director: “Being a certified Great Place to Work® is down to our people and the culture they create every day. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together, and we’re committed to making Bennetts an even better place to be for the whole team.”
Jessica Howes, Head of People Operations: “The Great Place to Work® certification is particularly meaningful because it reflects the views of our colleagues. Knowing that people enjoy working here and take pride in being part of Bennetts is the most valuable recognition we could receive.”
