Paschel leaves behind a legacy of vision and execution. Paschel guided the company through a period of rapid innovation and expansion, launching the award-winning DSR/X adventure bike and introducing the brand’s X Line to expand access to all-terrain electric riding. Additionally, he was responsible for securing key strategic partnerships and funding and growing the company’s dealer and customer footprint to over 30 countries. Most recently serving as Director of Purpose-Built Vehicles for Kia Europe, Bos has held senior leadership roles at Stellantis, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Kia, where he drove strategic growth and operational excellence across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
