Bos will be succeeding Sam Paschel, who will step into a Sr. Board Advisory role after eight years of transformative leadership. Bos joins Zero at a pivotal moment of expansion and innovation and brings over two decades of international automotive industry experience to guide the company into its next era of growth.
Paschel leaves behind a legacy of vision and execution. During his time at the helm, he established Zero as a global pioneer in electric powersports and set the stage for continued leadership in the electrification of two-wheel mobility. Paschel guided the company through a period of rapid innovation and expansion, launching the award-winning DSR/X adventure bike and introducing the brand’s X Line to expand access to all-terrain electric riding. Additionally, he was responsible for securing key strategic partnerships and funding and growing the company’s dealer and customer footprint to over 30 countries. Paschel’s commitment to quality, customer experience, and team culture has built a foundation of integrity, innovation, and resilience that positions Zero for continued success.

Succeeding Paschel, Pierre-Martin Bos joins Zero Motorcycles as CEO, bringing over two decades of international automotive leadership. Most recently serving as Director of Purpose-Built Vehicles for Kia Europe, Bos has held senior leadership roles at Stellantis, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Kia, where he drove strategic growth and operational excellence across Europe, Africa, and Asia.
