The popular Bluroc x-Bongo gets a bright new colour choice for 2026 with the addition of the BlueStrike Racing colour scheme in both 50cc and 125cc variants.
With this version, Bluroc has positioned the X-Bongo as a neo-retro bike with a stylish, instantly recognisable design for riders who want more than standard urban mobility, and a subtle touch of nostalgia.
The X-Bongo houses a compact, horizontal single-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke engine featuring electronic injection to satisfy the strictest environmental standards. This engine is paired with a four-speed manual gearbox to provide a smooth ride with high torque, making it an ideal choice for both daily urban commuting and leisurely excursions on secondary roads.
Beyond its performance, the X-Bongo excels in manoeuvrability thanks to its lightweight frame and low seat height. These features provide a reassuring handling experience whether the rider is navigating dense city traffic or winding country lanes. Its compact dimensions and tight turning radius allow it to weave through crowded streets with ease, while the front inverted forks and rear dual hydraulic-spring shock absorbers ensure comfort and stability.
Despite its charming neo-retro aesthetic, the X-Bongo is equipped with modern technology to enhance the riding experience. The dashboard features a clear, readable round digital speedometer that displays essential data like fuel levels and gear position, alongside a convenient waterproof USB port. Safety is also a priority, as the integrated ABS braking system utilizes sensors to provide reliable control during sudden stops or when riding on slippery surfaces.
The Bluroc X-Bongo BlueStrike comes in two distinct versions to suit different rider needs. Both feature electric-start, single cylinder four-stroke engines with electronic ignition.
The X-Bongo 50cc is priced at £2,299 in the UK, and was developed specifically for young riders and urban mobility. It offers a sporty appearance that helps it stand out within the 50cc market.
For those seeking more power, the X-Bongo 125cc is available for a recommended retail price of £2,399 in the UK and includes a 2-year warranty.
Colours: BlueStrike, Matt Grey, Black Racing
