The Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage breakdown is as follows:
● Main Headset Unit: Limited Lifetime coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.
● Battery: 5-year coverage from the date of purchase (applicable if capacity falls below 50%).
● Clamp Kit: 5-year coverage from the date of purchase.
Registration and conditions:
The Limited Lifetime Warranty program applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Although not a requirement, users are encouraged to register their products through the SENA Motorcycles App following their purchase to simplify the warranty claims process. Choosing not to register does not reduce warranty rights. Launched in Europe in May at a price of €429, the SENA 60S EVO is the first intercom to benefit from this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Other intercom models will follow.
