An ultrawide, scratch-resistant visor provides an exceptional field of vision, while the adjustable Vision Protection System (VPS) sun visor offers UV protection up to 400 nm and features a quick recall function. Multi-density EPS, specifically developed per helmet size, optimises impact energy absorption across different speeds and temperatures. The helmet is homologated according to ECE 22–06 standards.

On dedicated versions, the X–904 Ultra Carbon introduces Nolan’s I–ESS (Integrated Emergency Stop Signal) system – fully pre-installed and integrated into the helmet structure.

White LED elements are positioned within the upper and chin air intakes, increasing frontal visibility in low-light conditions. A red LED integrated into the rear extractor functions as an emergency brake signal. An internal accelerometer detects deceleration and activates the break light automatically.

Lighting modes include position light and intermittent visibility mode. Intelligent energy management switches the system to sleep mode when the helmet remains stationary.Nolan X–904 Ultra Carbon Arrives In Stores For 2026 Touring Season

Intelligent Touring Nolan Introduces Quin Technology
Dedicated models are equipped with the integrated Quin Pod, adding a digital dimension to the X–904 Ultra Carbon. An advanced motion sensor monitors acceleration, braking forces and riding dynamics with high-frequency precision. After each ride, riders can review route tracking – maximum and average speed, distance and braking patterns. The system offers measurable insight into riding style and consistency.

In addition, crash detection algorithms analyse impact data, so the system can be set-up to notify selected emergency contacts with GPS location and information in the event of a serious incident. Optional professional rescue integration is available in supported countries. And, of course, firmware updates ensure continuous system evolution.Nolan X–904 Ultra Carbon Arrives In Stores For 2026 Touring Season

Engineered Comfort Perfect Fit
The interior is designed for long-distance control and comfort. Premium polyamide fabric interwoven with carbon fibres supports thermoregulation and fast drying. A mesh inner cap enhances airflow across the head.

While the 3D-shaped cheek pads with removable padding ensure steady fit and balanced pressure distribution, the helmets is also eyewear adaptive and equipped with Nolan’s “NERS” emergency release system.

  • SEAMLESS CONNECTIVITY
  • N-COM CONNECTIVITY

Fully compatible with N-Com communication systems, the X–904 Ultra Carbon enables communication, navigation and audio integration without compromising balance or design integrity.Nolan X–904 Ultra Carbon Arrives In Stores For 2026 Touring Season
