Adaptable, protective and comfortable, the LS2 Nevada textile touring suit offers year-round riders everything they require, with contemporary styling.
The Nevada jacket’s impressive specification starts with the outer shell, which is cut from a superior finish fabric for a high-end feel and fit. Underneath that sits a removable waterproof and breathable membrane, which has a hydrostatic head rating of 8000mm (anything over 1000mm is considered “waterproof”) and air permeability of 4500g/mw/24, to keep the rider dry and comfortable, no matter what the conditions.
A cosy thermal Liner also features; this is easily removed, and the Nevada’s Innovent System air vents at the chest, back and on each sleeve can be opened, allowing a cooling airflow.
CE-approved protectors are fitted at the shoulders and elbows; LS2’s Variable System offers a choice of two positions at the elbow, to suit different arm lengths. The Nevada also comes ready to accept an optional back protector.
Plenty of pockets are provided: two side waterproof pockets, two hand-warming pockets and a ‘Napoleon’ chest pocket, an internal dry-pocket and a large cargo back pocket.
Matching trousers also have a removable breathable waterproof membrane, a detachable winter lining and the LS2 Innovent System.
Removable hip and knee protectors come as standard and, like the jacket, the knee armour features Variable System pockets, so can be set at three different positions.
Elastic fabric and additional stretch panels at the crotch and knees allow plenty of movement and an anti-slip seat patch prevents the wearer sliding around on the bike.
