Power is delivered through a fully automatic transmission, offering straightforward operation for both new licence holders and experienced riders seeking practical urban transport.
The chassis features Lambretta’s distinctive double arm-link front suspension, paired with twin rear shock absorbers, providing a balance of ride comfort and stability. At 139kg (unladen), the J125 has been engineered for agile handling in urban environments while maintaining composure on longer rides.

Technology and rider assistance have also been updated, with the J125 equipped as standard with ABS braking, Traction Control System (TCS), Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, full LED lighting, alloy wheels and an electric start. The J125 retains the unmistakable Lambretta design language, blending classic bodywork proportions with contemporary detailing and modern componentry.
