Indian Motorcycle UK Celebrates 125th Anniversary with National Rally at Historic Brooklands
Indian Motorcycle UK, alongside Rideworx (Indian Motorcycle Reading), successfully hosted the Official Indian Motorcycle Riders (IMR) UK National Rally on 28–30 August at the iconic Brooklands Museum in Weybridge. Motorcycle enthusiasts travelled from across the UK and Europe to gather at the historic venue to not only partake in the rally but also celebrate the 125th anniversary of Indian Motorcycle.
The rally and anniversary celebrations kicked off on Friday evening, with rally-goers being treated to an authentic American BBQ and live music from the Jelly Roll Band, the UK’s only Jelly Roll tribute act. Rain didn’t dampen the spirits as the main event took place throughout a wet Saturday. Visitors were greeted with a bacon roll and coffee on arrival before taking to the road for test rides on a fleet of the latest Indian Motorcycle models.

A highlight of the event for many was the chance to spend time in the company of guest of honour Jeremy McWilliams. The racing legend entertained crowds with tales of his time competing aboard the Indian Challenger in the King of the Baggers championship and the Indian FTR in the Super Hooligans series.
Daredevil display team, Stun Riders, performed tricks and stunts throughout the day plus there were a selection of trade stands. A small mix of bespoke custom machines created a stunning and eclectic display.
“Bringing together so many passionate Indian Motorcycle owners at the legendary Brooklands Museum made this rally an unforgettable event,” commented Ryan Leadbitter, Director of Rideworx (Indian Motorcycle Reading).
Hosted at the historic Brooklands Museum, the event allowed attendees to explore the museum’s full range of exhibits alongside the Indian Motorcycle fleet. A unique highlight was the opportunity for participants to ride their own motorcycles on the historic track and park under the wing of Concorde for a photo opportunity. Additional highlights included guided tours of Concorde plus access to the venue’s iconic automotive and aviation displays.
Celebrations continued late into Saturday evening with live music from The Passengers, heavy metal specialists Fury and a retro DJ set from 80s broadcast legend Dr Fox. The rally concluded on Sunday with Brooklands American Day, where attendees immersed themselves in Americana-themed entertainment and classic four-wheeled displays
