Ace Cafe London’s annual Honda Bike Day, from 9am to 5pm on Sunday 22nd June, together with the West London Honda Owners Club, not only celebrates all that is two wheels from Honda, this year includes the 76th anniversary of the first motorcycle in 1949 fully designed and developed by Honda from the ground-up is, fittingly, called the ‘Dream’ D-type, and the 66th anniversary of formal distributor appointments made in 1959 by Honda Motor Company to three distributors in the UK and, with Isle of Man TT success quickly following in 1961, Honda had arrived with bikes that today are as popular as ever!
Produced from 1975, this year 2025 is the 50th anniversary of both the Honda Goldwing and the Honda 400/4.
