Harley-Davidson® successfully brought together thousands of riders and enthusiasts from across Europe as the 32nd annual European H.O.G.® Rally returned to Cascais, Portugal, from 18th to 21st June 2026, transforming the stunning bay into the epicentre of motorcycling passion for four unforgettable days.
Across the event, thousands of visitors, riders and motorcycles came together to celebrate the freedom, community and spirit of the open road that define the Harley-Davidson experience.
A returning favourite on the rally calendar, having previously hosted in 2012 and 2019, Cascais once again provided a standout setting, with its dramatic coastline framing a high-energy celebration of moto-culture, brought to life by the unmistakable sound of Milwaukee-Eight® V-Twin engines.

Open to the public and free to attend, the 2026 European H.O.G. Rally featured a packed programme of activity. Daily guided tours led by the Lisbon H.O.G. chapter offered riders the chance to explore the region. While on Friday, The Custom Motorcycle Show was held in the beautiful surroundings of the 15th century Cidadela de Cascais, a magnificent backdrop to showcase 38 of the finest European custom creations. The awards were presented by special guests U.S Ambassador to Portugal, John Joseph Arrigo, Matt Ryan, Chief Marketing and Technology Officer, Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Francesco Vanni. Best in Show went to a beautiful white and gold Cruiser build from Lord Drake Kustoms of Malaga, which also took the People’s Choice award, voted for by spectators.
Best Detailing was awarded to Paolo Lopes of South Africa for a stunningly chromed and painted cruiser with a skull motif, which also took the runner-up award in the hard-fought Cruiser class. The Best Paintwork prize went to a Portuguese owner, Nene Castellanos for a beautifully finished Chicano-style cruiser in shades of bronze and brown, while the Customer Inspiration award, aimed at non-professional builders who show an inspiring flair for customisation, was presented to Walter Benitez Alberti of Spain with his lovely Clubstyle build.
A major highlight came on Saturday, as more than 2,000 motorcycles took part in the iconic Harley-Davidson Parade, departing from the renowned Circuito Estoril circuit raceway with one round of the circuit, riding down the Cascais Airport runway before winding through the Cascais-Estoril region along its coastal roads, delivering a memorable spectacle for participants and spectators alike.
At the heart of the event, the Harley-Davidson Expo showcased key models from the 2026 range. Among the highlights were the Street Glide® Limited and Road Glide® Limited, representing the next evolution of Grand American Touring, alongside the Pan America®1250 Limited, built for adventure with factory-installed accessories. Visitors also had the opportunity to experience the latest motorcycles firsthand through test rides, alongside a wide selection of merchandise, food, bars and immersive brand experiences.
Live music energised the rally across all three nights, with a dynamic line-up keeping crowds engaged until midnight. Performances included Lazy Generation, Klassicos and headline AC/DC tribute act DA CA on Thursday; Frankie Chavez, a Guns N’ Roses tribute and King Zebra on Friday; and Red Beds, a Pearl Jam tribute and headline act Bad Touch, who closed the event on Saturday with a high-energy finale.
Emerging talent also took centre stage, with winners of the Harley-Davidson® Music Contest performing across the weekend, France’s Ocean Daze and Spain’s The Surroyal showcasing a diverse mix of rising European artists.
As part of Harley-Davidson’s 2026 European partnership, Jeep® joined the rally, bringing together two iconic brands united by a shared spirit of freedom and adventure, and offering attendees a unique opportunity to experience both communities side by side.
Looking ahead, Harley-Davidson has confirmed that the 33rd annual European H.O.G. Rally will take place from June 10th–13th, 2027, in Biograd na Moru, Croatia. Marking a highly anticipated return to the coastal town,13 years after it last hosted the rally in 2014, and following an earlier edition in 2011, Biograd na Moru remains a firm favourite within the Harley-Davidson community.
