The Distinguished Gentlemans Ride

The Distinguished Gentlemans Ride (DGR) is a global motorcycle event that raises funds and awareness for men’s mental health and prostate cancer research. It’s an annual charity ride featuring riders dressed in classic and vintage style attire, often riding classic-inspired motorcycles. The event is open to all genders and is hosted in numerous countries worldwide.

2025 update: Looks like we will be unable to ride this year’s DGR. Initially, we were given the ok for another bike loan at the start of the year this now has fallen through at its too late now to get an alternative ride. All money raised automatically goes to the DGR even if we dont ride.

Our team is thrilled to participate in the 2025 The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, a global charity event that brings together classic and vintage motorcycle enthusiasts to support men’s health causes.

This annual ride unites thousands of riders dressed in dapper attire, all sharing a common goal of raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health initiatives. By joining this movement, we aim to contribute to a meaningful cause while celebrating the spirit of camaraderie and the timeless elegance of motorcycling.

Registrations Open Now for The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride 2024

Update 22nd May 2023: I completed the West Sussex leg of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and raised £447 many thanks to those who donated (below) and supported (below).

On Sunday the 21st of May 2023, I’m riding in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.

So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I’m asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
