Built by independent developer and rider, BikeLab brings motorcycle records, practical workshop tools and ride analysis together in one app.
BikeLab is a motorcycle app created by independent developer and rider. The idea was simple: give riders one place to keep the useful information about their bikes instead of spreading it across notes, spreadsheets and different apps. Each motorcycle has its own garage profile, with its maintenance, rides, measurements and history kept together.
On the workshop side, riders can record servicing, maintenance, fuel use, receipts, pre-ride checks and torque values. Guided tools cover jobs such as suspension sag, chain slack, tyre pressure and headlight aim. BikeLab can also work with compatible Bluetooth TPMS sensors and OBD scanners, while manual options remain available when extra hardware is not connected.
Ride Session uses the phone’s sensors and location to record a ride for later review. Riders can look back at the route, distance and speed, along with estimated lean and patterns around cornering, braking and ride smoothness. The aim is not to turn a phone into race telemetry, but to give riders useful information they can compare across familiar roads, track sessions or changes to the bike.
The app also includes a Motorcycle Health Score, which brings together relevant saved checks and results. It shows an overall score, how much evidence is available and which areas may need attention. Checks that have not been completed stay unknown rather than being treated as faults, and the score is designed as a practical overview rather than a mechanical diagnosis.
BikeLab’s core features are free to use. BikeLab Pro unlocks unlimited use of its automatic tools and ride sessions, additional motorcycles and other premium features.
BikeLab is available now for iPhone and iPad. An Android version is currently in beta, with testers able to join through the BikeLab Google group.
