British motorcycle charity Two Wheels for Life launches second edition of The Big Ride, supported by top motorcycle celebrities and brands
Tickets are now on sale for Two Wheels for Life’s motorcycle treasure hunt, The Big Ride. The event, which is in its second year, takes place on Saturday, 4 July.
Motorcycle riders from all corners of the UK are invited to take part in a motorcycle treasure hunt, taking on challenges set by big names from the world of motorcycling, including World Champion and Celebrity Jungle King, Carl Fogarty, TV presenter and petrolhead Grace Webb (Grace’s Amazing Machines), TNT Sport’s Suzi Perry, and British Superbike Champion Niall MacKenzie, finishing the fun day out at Mallory Park’s 1000 Bikes Revival Festival, with a chance to take part in a parade lap led by Two Wheels for Life co-founder and MotoGP™ legend Randy Mamola.
“We’ve set up the Big Ride to give British motorcyclists a great way to get out on their bikes and have a really fun day out while raising money for important work that uses motorcycles for good,” said Mamola. “Last year was a blast. I met such fantastic people, from rookie riders to seasoned bikers and can’t wait to do it again this year.”
Riders decide where to start and how to reach the finish point at Mallory Park, and will receive the challenges in advance of the event, designed to test their skill, resourcefulness and ingenuity. Riders can complete as many or as few challenges as they want, with prizes for those who do best, from top motorcycle brands.
Tickets include access to camping plus drinks and snacks on arrival at Mallory Park, as well as the option to take a parade lap on the circuit for an additional cost.
The event is also supported by top motorcycle brands with challenges and prizes from brands such as Yamaha Motor, The Bike Shed, Beeline Moto and more. Motorcycle brands that would like to set a challenge, offer prizes, and promote the event are welcome to get in touch.

For over thirty years, Two Wheels for Life has been working with the enormous goodwill of the motorcycle community to make sure healthcare reaches people in the most remote communities of Africa. As the official charity of MotoGP™, Two Wheels for Life runs incredible auctions and events, with the generosity of the sport’s organisers, riders, and teams, to support our healthcare programmes, which operate in four African countries: The Gambia, Nigeria, Malawi, and Lesotho.
By providing reliable transport, medical professionals can reach people whenever and wherever they are needed with care, supplies, and education. Women in dangerous labour and the sick get to health centres or hospitals in time, and critical tests for conditions such as HIV, AIDS, Covid-19 and TB arrive at labs for diagnosis so patients can be put on treatment. To date, over 47M People across Africa have increased access to vital health services because of the work we support.
