AIROH makes its debut at EICMA 2025 with two world premieres: Aviator Factory and Aviator 3 EVO.
Both feature dual homologation – FIM Racing and ECE 2206 – and come equipped with the upgraded AMS2 EVO system. These two helmets embody the essence of the brand’s racing DNA and reinforce AIROH’s leadership in off-road. At the same time, the road segment is not forgotten: GP 800 Carbon makes its debut and, alongside the best sellers of the collection, Matryx and the AWC 4 and AWC 2 communication systems return to offer a complete and connected riding experience.
AIROH chooses the stage of EICMA 2025 to unveil its 2026 collection, introducing two models that mark a new chapter in the history of the Italian company: Aviator Factoryand Aviator 3 EVO. Both were created to meet the needs of the most demanding riders and to raise safety and performance standards in off-road riding. This is made possible also by the integration of the new AMS2 EVO system, a patented technological evolution of the AIROH Multiaction Safety System.
Aviator Factory represents the ultimate expression of AIROH’s racing DNA. Made of Full Carbon 9K, it offers the ideal balance between lightness and strength, with three shells optimized to perfectly fit each size. Developed and tested inside the AIROH wind tunnel, it guarantees stability and aerodynamics even in the most extreme conditions of use. FIM Racing and ECE 2206 homologations certify its dual competitive and versatile nature. The removable and washable inner lining, made of breathable and hypoallergenic technical fabrics, ensure constant freshness and comfort, while the AMS2 EVO, AMLS, AEFR, and Hydra System complete a package of technological excellence. With a modern and distinctive design, Aviator Factory takes AIROH to a new level of performance, safety and comfort.
Aviator 3 EVO is the evolution of the world champions’ helmet, designed for those who refuse to compromise. Made of HPC Carbon and available in four shell sizes, it offers a perfect balance between strength and lightness. Its dual homologation — FIM Racing and ECE 2206 — confirm its high-level performance, while its technological features — AMS2 EVO, AMLS, AEFR and Hydra System — ensure advanced protection and comfort. The aggressive and aerodynamic design offers an optimised ventilation system that guarantees continuous airflow and ideal thermal management even in the most demanding races and conditions.
AMS2 EVO, the technological heart of the new AIROH collections, represents a decisive step forward in rider protection. Its new internal architecture, featuring elastomeric elements and a reinforced shell, improves the absorption of both rotational and low speeds linear impacts, while optimising ventilation and overall comfort. Designed to deliver uncompromising safety, this system reinforces AIROH’s commitment to research and development of performance-oriented solutions able to increase the rider’s protection.
Off-road continues to take centre stage, but AIROH is also broadening its vision to the road world. At EICMA 2025, GP 800 Carbon will make its debut, an even lighter and higher-performance version of the company’s flagship sport touring helmet, designed to combine comfort, technology and Italian design. Alongside it, the entire road range features refreshed graphics, as in the case of one of the most popular helmets, Matryx, which with its new colors, confirms its status as a benchmark model in the touring segment. The collection is completed by the AIROH AWC 4 and AWC 2 communication systems, compatible with the brand’s main models, which continue to guarantee advanced connectivity and user-friendliness even on long journeys.
“With Aviator Factory, Aviator 3 EVO and AMS2 EVO, we wanted to reaffirm our mission: to continuously innovate in order to provide riders with the highest level of protection and performance”, says Antonio Locatelli, CEO of AIROH. “Every AIROH helmet — from top-of-the-range road and off-road models to dual and urban jet helmets — is the result of a clear vision: to make racing technology accessible to everyone, with ever-advancing safety standards.”
AIROH will be present at EICMA 2025 – Fiera Milano Rho, from 4th to 9th November, Hall 18, Booth E90, where it will present its 2026 collection and the latest advancements in safety, comfort and design for the off-road, road and dual segments to the public and international press.
