New NEXX X.RALLY enduro helmet combines ultralight construction with versatile design for serious off-road sport and adventure riding.
New from European manufacturer NEXX, the X.RALLY is a hard enduro helmet engineered specifically for the toughest and most technical terrain, with the versatility to handle adventure and on-road riding with equal confidence.
ULTRALIGHT CARBON CONSTRUCTION
At the heart of the X.RALLY is NEXX’s X-PRO Carbon technology shell, delivering high strength and impact resistance, at just 1350 grams. This ultralight construction minimises neck fatigue, while maintaining maximum safety standards; as you’d expect it’s fully ECE 22.06 certified.
It comes in three shell sizes for the smallest and lightest possible helmet in each fitment range.
INNOVATIVE CRASH PROTECTION
A standout feature is the innovative X-Foam crash bumpers, made from ultra-lightweight EPP foam. These cover the entire bottom trim – including the chin area – effectively absorbing impact energy, softening crash forces, and reducing the risk of collarbone injuries.
ADVENTURE-OPTIMISED DESIGN
The X.RALLY has versatility built in, with the ability to transform across three configurations:
- Dual Sport mode combines visor and winter chin vent for all-weather capability;
- Off-Road mode offers enhanced airflow with goggle setup for maximum performance;
- On-Road mode delivers a sleek, peak-free profile ready for tarmac adventures.
The aerodynamic peak features an adjustable multi-position system, with a peak extender available for riders who prefer extra coverage.
PHOTOCHROMIC VISOR
Up front, the Photochromic Visor automatically adapts its tint, staying clear at night and darkening in bright sunlight; a game-changer on day-long rides and when tackling mixed conditions.
It’s also equipped with NEXX’s Recoil Visor System, which uses precision-engineered, spring-loaded base plates to automatically tension the visor against dual-lip beading, ensuring a perfect seal and optimal noise insulation.
Every model also comes with a Pinlock® anti-fog insert: the brand-new 200 XLT Max Vision.
ENGINEERED FOR COMFORT
Developed through advanced aerothermal design, the ventilation system adapts to every climate and condition with nine air intakes and six exhaust outlets. The patent-pending Mid Air Flow Chamber creates intelligent thermal regulation, while dedicated chin ventilation and extra cheek pad intakes ensure consistent cooling and comfort.
X.MART DRY fabrics wick moisture away efficiently, with soft anti-sweat and anti-allergic fabric inner lining that’s fully removable and washable. The 3D formed pads are tailored to contour perfectly around the head for maximum comfort on extended rides.
ADVENTURE-READY FEATURES
The X.RALLY comes equipped with premium features from NEXX’s top-of-the-range models. These include Cheek Pads with the X-HIDRO system, featuring smart straps for securing hydration bladder tubes and mouthpieces, and a double-D Ring in durable aluminum-magnesium alloy for superior corrosion resistance, complete with the X-LOCK magnetic button for easier chinstrap fastening.
Night vision reflectors enhance visibility in low-light conditions, while removable chinstrap covers and a chin wind stopper add versatility and protection.
COMMUNICATION AND CAMERA READY
Compatible with most intercom systems, the X.RALLY features ear pocket cutouts for easy integration and a dedicated slot for universal intercom clamp mounts for a hassle-free setup.
The new POV Kit allows easy attachment of action cameras. It features a versatile top mount, compatible with or without the peak, and a four-position reversible chin mount – letting the wearer capture every moment from any angle.
