Iconic Auctioneers will introduce two new motorcycle auctions in 2026, strengthening its position as a leading name in the sale of classic, modern, retro and collectors’ machines.
The Iconic Motorcycle Sale will debut at Race Retro, held at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire from 20 to 22 February, followed by a second auction at the popular Kempton Park Motorcycle Autojumble on 18 July. These new dates build upon the company’s existing motorcycle calendar, sitting either side of its established sales at Shuttleworth in April and the NEC Classic Motor Show in November.
Race Retro has long been the company’s first major event of the year for classic and competition cars. With the MCN London Motorcycle Show no longer taking place, Iconic Auctioneers identified Race Retro as the ideal stage for its first motorcycle auction of the season. As Europe’s number one historic motorsport show, Race Retro brings together fans, riders, drivers, preparers and traders for a weekend celebrating circuit racing, rallying and more. Its central location and strong following make it a fitting home for the new Iconic Motorcycle Sale. Iconic Auctioneers is now consigning for this auction and those wishing to sell a motorcycle are encouraged to visit the Iconic Auctioneers website for further details.
The second new sale will be held at the July edition of the well-established Kempton Park Motorcycle Autojumble. With hundreds of enthusiasts attending each event, Kempton is known for its friendly atmosphere, extensive trading stands and strong community of riders and collectors. Iconic Auctioneers has exhibited at Kempton for several years, and the decision to introduce a motorcycle auction here reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to serving the market at all levels. The auction will take place at Kempton Park Racecourse, close to London and easily accessible for visitors from across the UK and Europe.
Mark Bryan, Motorcycle Manager at Iconic Auctioneers, said: “Race Retro feels like a natural fit for our first motorcycle sale of the year. We have been the event’s official auction partner since 2012, selling both classic and competition cars, and 2026 will see the long-awaited introduction of motorcycles into our offering. With its central location and strong motorsport following, it provides the ideal setting for buyers and sellers.
“We were also keen to retain a sale in the London area, which is why we are delighted to partner with Kempton Park Motorcycle Autojumble. These events are long-standing fixtures in the motorcycle calendar, attracting enthusiasts from far and wide. Having exhibited there for years, introducing a motorcycle auction felt like the natural next step.”
